Welcome to TASIQO. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TASIQO website, platform, exporter listings, buyer inquiry services, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing TASIQO, creating an account, submitting an exporter listing, purchasing a Premium package, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use TASIQO.

1. About TASIQO

TASIQO is a digital platform designed to help manufacturers and exporters increase their visibility among international buyers.

TASIQO provides businesses with opportunities to present their company and export products online and may facilitate relevant buyer inquiries.

TASIQO is not a trading company, importer, exporter, distributor, agent, broker, or reseller.

TASIQO does not:

• Purchase products from exporters for resale.
• Sell exporters’ products on their behalf.
• Act as an intermediary in commercial transactions.
• Negotiate prices or contractual terms between buyers and exporters.
• Take a percentage or commission from sales.
• Guarantee that a buyer will purchase any product.

The exporter remains responsible for communicating and conducting business directly with the buyer.

2. Eligibility

To use TASIQO’s Services, you must:

• Represent a legitimate business, manufacturer, supplier, or exporter.
• Have the authority to provide information about the business you represent.
• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Be legally capable of entering into an agreement.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations relating to your business and products.

TASIQO reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove a listing if we believe the business, product, information, or activity does not meet our requirements.

3. Exporter Listings

TASIQO allows eligible businesses to submit information about their company and export products.

A listing may include information such as:

• Company name
• Country and location
• Business type
• Website
• Company description
• Product information
• HS Code
• Export markets
• Contact information
• Product images and other business materials

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you submit is accurate, current, complete, and not misleading.

You must not submit information that:

• Is false or misleading.
• Infringes another party’s intellectual property.
• Violates applicable laws.
• Promotes illegal products or activities.
• Contains fraudulent claims.
• Misrepresents your manufacturing or export capabilities.

TASIQO may edit, format, categorize, or optimize submitted information for presentation, search visibility, and platform consistency.

4. One Product, One Profile

TASIQO’s exporter model is based on a one-product, one-profile structure.

Each exporter profile is associated with a specific export product and its relevant HS Code.

This structure allows TASIQO to organize exporter information around specific products and improve the ability of relevant buyers to discover suppliers.

TASIQO may reject or request changes to submissions that do not comply with this structure.

5. Free Listing

TASIQO may provide eligible exporters with a free listing option.

A Free Listing may allow an exporter to:

• Create a company profile.
• List one export product.
• Provide the relevant HS Code.
• Become part of the TASIQO exporter database.
• Be considered for relevant buyer inquiries.

A Free Listing does not require a listing fee or sales commission.

However, a Free Listing does not guarantee visibility, buyer inquiries, buyers, sales, or any particular business result.

TASIQO may change, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Free Listing service at any time.

6. Premium Package

TASIQO offers a Premium service designed to provide exporters with greater visibility and additional platform benefits.

The current Premium package price is:

$1,999 USD per year

The Premium package may include features such as:

• A dedicated exporter profile for one export product.
• Enhanced product and company presentation.
• SEO optimization.
• Improved visibility within TASIQO.
• Featured placement where applicable.
• Increased exposure to relevant international buyers.
• Buyer inquiry opportunities.
• Other Premium features described on the TASIQO website.

Premium features may change from time to time as TASIQO develops its platform.

Any material changes to the Premium service will be communicated through appropriate channels.

7. Premium Payment

Premium access becomes effective after successful payment and completion/approval of the required exporter information.

The Premium fee is an annual service fee.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:

• The Premium package provides service for one year.
• The fee must be paid in full.
• Premium access is subject to TASIQO’s approval and verification requirements.
• Taxes, bank charges, currency conversion charges, or payment-provider fees may apply where applicable.

The exact payment terms presented during registration or checkout form part of the agreement between TASIQO and the customer.

8. Refunds and Cancellation

Because Premium services may involve preparation, profile development, SEO work, publication, and ongoing visibility services, Premium fees are generally non-refundable once the Premium service has been activated.

If a Premium customer requests cancellation during an active annual term, cancellation will normally prevent renewal for the following term but will not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for the unused portion of the current term.

If TASIQO has not yet activated the Premium service, TASIQO may consider a refund request on a case-by-case basis.

Any applicable refund will be processed according to the payment method and payment provider used.

Important: You should decide your actual refund policy before publishing this section. I would not make this more restrictive than your real business policy.

9. No Guarantee of Buyers, Leads, or Sales

TASIQO does not guarantee:

• A specific number of buyer inquiries.
• A specific number of buyers.
• Sales or purchase orders.
• A specific amount of revenue.
• A specific ranking in search engines.
• A specific amount of website traffic.
• A specific number of profile views.
• Successful transactions with any buyer.

TASIQO’s role is to provide visibility and facilitate opportunities.

The actual outcome of an inquiry depends on many factors outside TASIQO’s control, including product quality, pricing, certifications, availability, shipping terms, buyer requirements, competition, market conditions, and the exporter’s communication and sales process.

10. Buyer Inquiries

When TASIQO receives an inquiry that appears relevant to an exporter, TASIQO may forward the inquiry or buyer information to the relevant exporter.

TASIQO does not guarantee that:

• Every inquiry is genuine.
• Every inquiry will result in a transaction.
• The buyer will respond to the exporter.
• The buyer has the financial capacity to purchase.
• The buyer will complete a transaction.

Exporters are responsible for independently evaluating and verifying buyers before entering into any commercial relationship.

11. Transactions Between Buyers and Exporters

All commercial transactions resulting from TASIQO inquiries are conducted directly between the exporter and buyer.

TASIQO is not a party to those transactions.

The exporter and buyer are solely responsible for:

• Product specifications.
• Pricing.
• Quantity.
• Payment terms.
• Incoterms.
• Shipping and logistics.
• Customs requirements.
• Documentation.
• Certifications.
• Insurance.
• Taxes and duties.
• Contractual obligations.
• Dispute resolution.

TASIQO will not be responsible for losses, disputes, non-payment, defective products, delayed shipments, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other issue arising between an exporter and buyer.

12. Accuracy of Exporter Information

You agree that information submitted to TASIQO is accurate and up to date.

You must promptly notify TASIQO if important information changes, including:

• Company information.
• Product availability.
• Product specifications.
• Export capabilities.
• Contact information.
• Certifications.
• Business status.

TASIQO may remove or modify information that is inaccurate, outdated, misleading, or inconsistent with our platform requirements.

13. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the original content and materials you submit to TASIQO, including:

• Company descriptions.
• Product descriptions.
• Logos.
• Photographs.
• Videos.
• Marketing materials.

By submitting content to TASIQO, you grant TASIQO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, modify, format, distribute, and publish that content for the purpose of operating, marketing, promoting, and improving TASIQO and its Services.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide this content to TASIQO.

You must not submit material that infringes the intellectual property or other rights of another person or business.

14. TASIQO Intellectual Property

The TASIQO name, logo, website design, platform, text, graphics, software, databases, functionality, and other TASIQO materials are owned by or licensed to TASIQO unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit TASIQO’s proprietary materials without prior written permission.

15. Search Engine Optimization

Certain TASIQO services may include SEO optimization intended to improve the discoverability of exporter profiles and products.

However, SEO results depend on third-party search engines and many factors outside TASIQO’s control.

Therefore, TASIQO does not guarantee:

• A particular Google ranking.
• A first-page ranking.
• A specific amount of organic traffic.
• A specific number of impressions.
• A specific number of inquiries generated through search engines.

16. Prohibited Activities

You may not use TASIQO to:

• Submit fraudulent business information.
• Misrepresent products or capabilities.
• Promote illegal products or services.
• Spam buyers or other TASIQO users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to TASIQO systems.
• Interfere with the operation of the platform.
• Upload malicious software.
• Scrape or systematically copy TASIQO data without authorization.
• Impersonate another business or person.
• Use TASIQO for unlawful purposes.

TASIQO may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

17. Verification and Moderation

TASIQO may review exporter information before publication.

We may request additional information or documentation to verify a business or product.

Verification or publication does not constitute an endorsement, certification, guarantee, or warranty of the exporter or its products.

TASIQO may refuse, modify, suspend, or remove any listing at its discretion where necessary to protect the platform, its users, or its reputation.

18. Third-Party Services

TASIQO may use third-party services for functions such as:

• Payment processing.
• Website hosting.
• Email communication.
• Analytics.
• Search engine tools.
• Security.
• Forms and customer management.

Your use of such services may also be subject to the terms and policies of the relevant third-party providers.

19. Availability of the Platform

We aim to keep TASIQO available and operational, but we do not guarantee that the website or Services will always be:

• Available.
• Error-free.
• Secure.
• Uninterrupted.
• Free from technical problems.

TASIQO may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security updates, technical issues, or other operational reasons.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TASIQO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or loss-of-profit damages arising from your use of the Services.

TASIQO is also not responsible for losses arising from:

• Buyer behavior.
• Exporter behavior.
• Commercial transactions.
• Non-payment.
• Product quality.
• Shipping delays.
• Customs issues.
• Government restrictions.
• Market conditions.
• Search engine changes.
• Third-party platform failures.
• Incorrect information supplied by users.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

21. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TASIQO, its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of TASIQO.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Information or content you submit.
• Your products or services.
• Your dealings with buyers.
• Your violation of another person’s rights.
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations.

22. Suspension and Termination

TASIQO may suspend or terminate your account or listing if:

• You violate these Terms.
• You provide false or misleading information.
• Your business or products violate our requirements.
• Your activity creates a risk to TASIQO or its users.
• Payment obligations are not fulfilled.
• We are required to do so by law.

Upon termination, TASIQO may remove your listing and restrict access to platform features.

Termination does not eliminate obligations that arose before termination.

23. Changes to These Terms

TASIQO may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of TASIQO after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

24. Privacy

Your use of TASIQO is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal and business information.

Please review the Privacy Policy before using the Services.

25. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of TASIQO shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Wyoming, United States, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
